Description
Elizabeth Alexander is an avid runner. Running became the core of her life after she found out that it was an excellent way to lose weight, cope with depression, slow down the decline in muscle mass that comes with ageing and help to remain flexible, fit and fabulous. She is a member of the Pacers Running Club and New Phase Fitness Gym and trains 4-5 days per week. At age 53, she continues to actively participate and improve on her personal best time in 5k road races and marathons.
