A SALVAGED SHIP

Abandoned on Assend by his former employer, Terson Reilly faced limited options: become mercenary cannon fodder when his severance pay ran out, bet his life on finding passage off-world with a crew who wouldn't cut his throat, or team up with the man whose underhanded manipulations were at least partly to blame for getting him grounded and light out in search of a treasure-laden derelict. Choosing the latter seemed the right choice at the time, but circumstances soon threatened to drag him back to Nivia and the crime syndicate waiting there to exact revenge.
