Raul embarks on a solitary journey in search of more to life than the monotonous, colorless existence familiar to his community. Surrounded by greyness and nothing to look forward to, except emptiness and death. He yearns for more, allowing himself to ask questions that had been left alone for decades where acceptance of the harsh reality had become the norm.

The answers bring with them life and hope for the future.

A short story aimed to lift one's spirit and bring hope in times of hardship. Written to encourage others that better days lie ahead and to never lose hope.
