The town of Misty Meadows is excited about an upcoming pet store grand opening until they discover a cat thief and vandalizer is in their midst.

Lily Roberts, the proud owner of Misty Meadows' quaint Bread & Barks Bakery, is turning her dreams into delicious reality while adding a dash of charm to every freshly baked treat.
